All board packages are shipped within 1-2 business days of placing your order provided that the item is in stock. We strive to ship all orders placed before 10am PST on the same business day.

You will receive a tracking number once the order ships. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 1-2 business days of placing your order, please contact info@xterraboards.com

How long does it take to ship to my address?

For shipping within contiguous United States, we advise customers it takes approximately 1-2 business days for our warehouse to ship the item, and 1-5 business days for UPS Ground Service to deliver your board. Transit times vary by address. We ship from our San Diego, California warehouse.

Please note, we do not ship to addresses containing PO BOX.

I need to make change. What should I do?

Orders you place with us enter the shipping process very quickly so we can get your items to you as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified so it is important to make sure your order is 100% correct when you place it!

 

What company do you use for shipping?

UPS Ground Service  – you will receive an email with shipping information, including a tracking number.

 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

No.  Please take this into account when planning your purchase. We cannot get the board to you quicker if you need it delivered in less than 7 business days.

 

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, but only the boards available on our Canada page: https://www.xterraboards.com/collections/canada

 

Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?

Yes. Orders are shipped with UPS Ground. 

 

Do you ship internationally? 

No, we do not ship internationally from this website. Please send an email to international@xterraboards.com for information on our distributors outside the United States.

 

How can I track my order?

Once the item has been fulfilled, and picked up by UPS, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order through UPS using the provided tracking number.

 

What is your shipping policy?

All board packages are shipped within 1-2 business days of placing your order. We strive to ship all orders placed before 10am PST on the same business day. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. NOTE ABOUT HOLIDAYS - Holiday transit times may be delayed, so order your items in advance.

We recommend that you ship your package to a secure location to ensure it is delivered without risk of theft. Once a package has been scanned as delivered by the shipping service, theft is unfortunately outside of our control and we are unable to offer a refund or file a claim for stolen packages.
